Turn around for the miners might not happen until the virus gets under under control - as more and more mining operations appear to be shutting down due to CV19 (just getting news of another mine shutting down due to cv19).

Bullion in your hand is the way to go right now, imo ... when the virus gets under control, you can sell some Bullion and buy stocks.
