No, they are planning to do the R/S, they don't change their mind every other day. Because of the condition of this company nobody would want to buy them out, any company looking for acquisitions would let them go bankrupt and buy the assets afterwards. Operationally they are going to try to go as long as possible before bankruptcy before filing.
