Its very clear cut here. They will get nothing, and creditors that will not receive par payouts will be given shares of the chapter 11 reorganized company, if they go CH 11. If they go chapter 7, common and preferreds are guaranteed to get 0 here, along with many of the junior creditors. This is not a good time to liquidate.
