Agreed air permit is probably an issue, and given the good it will bring to the state, will receive an expedited review approval.

I wish I heard that in the video, not that the crises will bring potential investors to the table. I'm hoping they are already there and he's turning some away as he has more than he needs.

June is coming. Get the air permit and chip$ ahead and we're all good, Yes pps has held up well as it is somewhat immune to real companies making/losing money right now.
