Please explain why "validated in Korea" is important to investors. What does it mean?

Did the Korean health agency regulators provide some sort of blessing related to DECN's coronavirus testing process? If so, what specifically does it do for DECN? Please note that CEO Keith Berman has never claimed the DECN process is actually being used to test possible COVID-19 victims in Korea. Conversely, Berman has acknowledged the process is waiting on approval to test Korea's banked infected blood samples.
