Totally agree, I asked the CEO why a company with FDA Approval,
Sales looking good and should go up with the approval, why would the company have to do this S-3. 100,000 Million Share Mixed-Shelf Distribution.

I said this can't be good for shareholders.

They could increase ownership shares. EXAMPLE. by 5% then do a 1 for
5 R/S this would put them back at the same amount they started out with but at a higher price. Good for them.

Investors would see a drop in shares 1 for 5
ex. 5000/5 = 1000 shs. at the higher price.
Not so good for us.

They banned me from posting on there Twitter pg. musta hit a never.
