I guess we'll let the fda decide considering they just received more info about Mark and friends with this FDA APPROVED AFTER HOURS POSTS and emails sent from Mark claims. It should be an interesting couple weeks ahead if Mark is still in business. CE, 0 FINS FOR 5 YEARS, FORM 15 , FDA ON WATCH !!.

Thank's, you are correct in your assessments. But I'm sure they picked up on some of the discussion on the board about the potential for in-home, self-administered, finger-stick testing and made the assumption that the article included firms like Arrayit. That is not the way Arrayit is currently marketing the test. Clearly, the potential for this technique (for CLIA approved labs) may eventually be realized.
