I don’t think you can read that they’re coming off any delay. It’s my take that they want to reassure everyone that they are moving along a “continuum of process”.
The fact that they are putting “commercialization” verbiage in the update and the belief that they anticipate an approval speaks volumes.
The last point is the reference to working with an entity(s) on a buyout or partnerships also reinforces in my mind that; - they think the approval is “in the bag” - there are negotiations taking place as we speak leading to a buyout/JV or some combination of the two.
It’s interesting that the stock jumped today after the update and held the gains into the close when the market was down over 900. That’s a bullish move. GLTA
