Do not know the answer as to how many offerings. Yes,with major bog investor firm invested do not believe we will see a R/S...... they do not easily loose money ..... they are here to make $$$$$. IMO.

I only see one $20 million offering. The only reason they want to do RS to stay listed on Nasdaq. Now they never going to need it because of this Coronavirus issue world wide.
