Perhaps it means Golisano is as sick and tired of the "development, discussions, "overwhelming interest", in our world changing technologies developed by our resident genuises. This guy was CEO for ten years- pledged at hiring to work 24-7-365 on behalf of shareholders. He commercialized nothing. Didn't deliver a dime in shareholder value. I would assume one of these new guys will try to salvage something out of this- The financial equivalent of a pandemic..
A few thoughts....Two recent board of director additions ....people with pretty strong resumes....they did not join a sinking ship.
Now CEO resigns running day to day and stays on as director and another director leaves....all within a month or so. We are going to see a new CEO of CRGS in the coming days/weeks. I dont know Kaplan, but not much as happened in 10 years under his reign....As a shareholder forever, I think it is time for someone else to take the helm.
