Paul Moody, our sole director, and our majority shareholder, Jeffrey DeNunzio, by and through his beneficial interest in Flint Consulting Services, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, did hereby take, ratify, affirm, and approve a corporate name change from “Bull Run Capital Holdings, Inc.” to “Budding Times Inc.” and a ticker symbol change from “BRCH” to “BUDT.” The foregoing name change was effective on January 8th 2020 following the filing of a Certificate of Amendment with Nevada Secretary of State
