We dont know yet. Hygieia name might be licensed to a company or might be a partnership. I spoke with CEO and he acknowledged the products but said he wouldnt be going into it publicly right now. I asked if he was going to do a press release and he said "If we wanted to, we would have. I will comment on this when ts time".
He was nice but didnt really want to answer any questions about new products, mergers, partnerships or licensing. Nor would he discuss any funding they have lined up. He said they are progressing towards what they have previously mentioned in letters to shareholders and that they were "on calendar" through the end of the year. He also said they are not delayed due to virus or market conditions and they are proceeding with the schedule that they have in place.
