I will just say this, my assertion about BK is/was based upon a number of facts that to this day, have not really changed.

1. They owe a ton of money in back taxes
2. They are hemorrhaging cash
3. Having trouble making payroll
4. Can't re-open JRMC
5. And the list goes on

I do think there is a glimmer of hope here with the current situation but at the very least, I based my opinion on facts, not fiction.

Yeah, I like the new Lenny so much better, the old Lenny BK talk of days gone by kept me awake at nights. Keep the positive posts coming.
