With 100,000 doses minus our wholesale - at 1/3rd of retail that should be $28 million, at 1/2 of retail it should be $47 million.

This gets into some tricky political waters. I could see China desperate to get their hands on this drug (as a matter of national security) and trying to take the whole thing over.

And obviously things are very tense between the US and China right now anyway. I think reserving the first batch for the US is a smart move.
