Disagree. I think it's the reason for today's bump along with a realization that positive change is coming. More good news will arrive with the patent announcement March 31 or soon thereafter.

It's a great time to build a stronger base for the future.

Highly doubt that's the reason for the buying. It's just a simple correction that's overdue.
