Remember FLTT? Shell (now listed as BUDT) was sold - 15.5m O/S, new officers, acquisition and uplist to QB looks to be in the works

From an update on the custodian's website, https://www.bullruncapitalholdings.com, plan is for the new officers to acquire Ealixir Privacy Services Ltd.

Custodian website also says:
"If and when consummated, it is anticipated that the Company will take all necessary steps to become a full reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and list its common stock for trading on the OTCQB"
