He's that NNVC promoter from the "other board" who claims to have had a successful 57yr career as a stock broker.
Yet, he encouraged his entourage to follow his lead and invest every penny in this crappy startup penny stock, rather than having a broad portfolio in real companies. If he did as he said, he missed out on the greatest market bull run in history, while suffering a 98% loss in the value of his NNVC investment.
