The more I read it, I'm guessing they are just saying in the past we had a negative cash flow from operations. Proceeds from this dilution and future are not expected to be needed for that.
Buyout emh I'm good with it even the horseshit timing. Thought maybe 2018 was a typo but i guess it wasnt.
