I saw that I'm asking about the 2nd paragraph. The 2nd paragraph makes no sense and should be deleted, my thoughts.

Personally I think mike handed beacon shares before good 4Q to make up for screwing them on 1st bought deal. Otherwise the timing makes 0 sense and only a retard would do it before good earnings.
