It's probably just the Proxy notice as being effective with a follow up to their response about the "option grants" not being a major legal problem. There was an effort to stop this filing from a legal group recently. VHC response was that it has zero effect on our current status....since those option grants are only effective when the options are exercised.....I think that is what this filing covers, legally.
