You have no problem with someone so low in character as to intentionally file a phony contract to trick his own investors? That explains why this company is completely dysfunctional. It's run by as big a lowlife as they come and I'll call a punk a punk. It's long past the time he needs to be gone when a flim flam game is his idea of doing business.
