They don't keep pursuing a case just because they have nothing else to do.

Maybe they've already let it go. Last court record was last May.... If they had evidence we would have either had a settlement or a judgement by now... but what? Sanctions? PPffffst, give me a break. They don't even uphold to the basis of the original allegations.
