SEC needs to do what I have said for years, what Charlie Gasperino stated yesterday on FBN, and that is STOP all shorting events (including naked shortselling) which already has crippled tons of US companies, their stock, stealing wealth away from their operating abilities... it is criminal and illegal under FINRA RULES #3280 & 3270, brokerages ignoring those rules way tooooo long.
