Thank you for the information on the German float.

To list a company on a major exchange is not a simple exercise. There are requirements to be met and it takes a lot of time and effort in preparing and submitting documents before the company can get approval for the listing.

I have some doubts whether the company knows what is is doing when they mentioned the German float. I also wonder what the true objective was for this German float. I doubt MDFY retail shareholders will get any real benefit from the German float, even with the 1 for 1 deal. I suspect the real intended beneficiaries of the German float would have been people other than the MDFY retail shareholders. In any case, I now have serious doubts it will happen in the next 9 months, if it ever happens at all.
