The reason the Cytosorb is not used is too pricey and requires some training. From what we see happening in Italy and to a lesser extent in Germany. Plus it has to be used near the beginning of the treatment and not for the very seriously ill. And the German government covers it only for the seriously ill. The answer maybe to lower the price and/or give some away at the beginning to establish a record with the doctors that are already overwhelmed. A management decision
