If the question should be answered by some other department then that is what the answer will be. Calling seems to work for others and they understand the answers so that is best way to have a discussion as this back and forth takes to much time on the same topic over and over and maybe some of the answers are disappearing and not by me, seems some think the answers are off topic even though they are clearly answer to comments
