So if I own a Note:

1. I will get paid
2. I will decide to convert IN EWLL SHARES, action that raise o/s but I will choose to convert in shares hoping the shares raise in value, at the end for older shareholders it's just dilution, that will end for July 2020.

Am I doin right my homeworks?
