"Insider trading" is buying or selling a security while having material, nonpublic information about the security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence. what's to say that wont happen? seriously, why believe the 11-21 pr, when they have issued lies before? what should the commoner believe when management talks?
