They can take whatever they want, especially the financial institutions. I learned this from the GSEs.

Just have them mark to the book their investment and lending. Cook their book. Most will be at risk. Bail them out and put them under Cship. And, remember to include 79.99% free warrants for the sake of protecting taxpayers. Add NWS if needed.
