Squad Drone doesn't have any revenue or assets. Costello lied about Squad Drone doing testing but one has to be registered with the FAA before any flights or testing.

So there is one company that Costello has been pumping that won't be bringing any assets.

But the stock from the acquisition will go to Costello.
