I can't blame FallColors for being pissed with the company for the 3 registered direct offering initiated in less than 2 month. Plus Last week news wire in Friday's after hour posted Aegis Capital is suing Cocrystal Pharma Inc for initiating a $11 million dollar offering with out Aegis Capital consent. Cocrystal Pharma Inc stated in Friday's news wire that they're settling with Aegis Capital an undisclosed amount. There is a lot more to read about this subject.
