Fingers crossed Hudson is not looking for an exit point??? Do you win the proxy and hold true for a year or so before company can get back on track after this Health scare?
My feeling on Hudson is that they own what they need to own for the proxy fight. Why risk more than they have to, unless they want to avoid the proxy battle and raise their stake all the way to 50.1%?
