Great to hear from you BillBob When we roll everyone's guess into a ball I think this has some of everything in it...and by that I mean all the good parts of the massive DD done here since October. Where we end up on the PPS end of things is still up in the air as we dont know the valuation of what will be in this holding company....but I do believe that we are looking at a lot of upside here and am glad I have hung on for this long...
Depending on what finally comes out.. I will decide then, like a lot of others, if I am going to stand pat or add more to the coffers.
Highly unlikely that it’s everything. In fact I would go on record and say emphatically, no chance of that. Just because it’s a holding company doesn’t tell us much yet. They could put one sub in and tell us they have intentions of adding or acquiring more in the future. We just don’t know. My guess is it’s one, maybe two companies to start. Hopefully net profitable companies so we can start off with a bang.
