So some of the restricted shares in the OS, not the AS, have made their way to the Float...which is fine, no dilution has happened to increase the OS, just the Float numbers have gone up so thats just fine.

This was to be expected with David Lazar and John Stahl having so many. We don't know for sure this increase came from them (I hope they did) but I never believed the float was below 100 million in the first place.
