Higher education:

-Tech City and the constructions of all their facilities has nothing to do with QTMM

Not necessarily true. We don't know. Amtron has signed some sort of agreement with QMC related to Tech City. We have no idea what's in it because QMC has kept it secret. It's entirely possible that QMC must meet certain technology milestones before construction funds are released.

- Tech City and all it facilities continues moving forward.

Sadly, all we know is just that. That's all we can see in any pictures to date. There is no solid indication that the nano factory is moving forward with the Tech City facilities we see being built.

- Squires can only report to shareholders what is reported to him from Qamronics India PVT

Yes, but they could be telling him all sorts of things he isn't reporting. If there was good news, we'd almost certainly know about it. The question that matters is how much bad news is there that we don't know about?

- Qamronics India PVT can only go as fast as the Governmental regulation, environmental hurtles and weather allows them to.

Of course there is no evidence that any of those things continue to be the source of the delays. It may simply be a problem with the technology.

- Amtron (Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd
A Govt. of Assam Undertaking) a joint venture partner of Qamronics India PVT reviewed the QTMM technology and made the decision that is can be used NOW to produce QDSC not Squires.

We have no idea if that's a true statement because QMC has refused to disclose the agreement with Amtron. They disclosed the obviously not-serious agreement with Amtronics (cut and paste, no lawyers, immediate default by Amtronics who has no money) but have kept the Amtron agreement signed that same week a secret. It's entirely reasonable to speculate that there may be technology requirements in it. Why would anyone believe that Amtron would risk $82M of the Indian taxpayers money for an unproven technology?

It would be logical to assume that an Electronics Development Corporation. would have the expertise on it's staff to determine whether or not such a QDSC project was feasible before committing not only 10 of millions but expanding it almost 4x.

No, that would not be logical because it's never been done by anyone and the leading experts in the field say the technology doesn't exist. It would logical to assume that they put technology milestones in the agreement.
