March 5th was 6 questions 3 by each sent to appeals for review before she starts trial to help prevent an appeals from her court once finished. this is my layman's opinion and I am not a court expert or lawyer.
So Sweeney moving to trial slowly but surely, maybe next year because 6 questions not expected response until late fall.
Settlement is best option. other courts will pressure govt long before her trial.
IE. en banc remand Atlas, Scotus FHFA and en banc appeal.
