SEC suspended this one yesterday. Up to Lazar to revive it after the suspension is lifted ( 2weeks I think). It will go to grey after that tiem and Lazar will have to decide if he wants to bother bringing it back to pink. Since he has money invested he might do that. Not sure if he has history of being put in this position by SEC before.
