Simple. There might be a deal with one of two companies. One is known to be a small deal while the terms of the other are unknown (in spite of numerous baseless claims that it will be for 7 figures cash plus full carry).

Based on erhc's reporting delinquency, possibility of revocation and weak financial position, the likelihood of either deal having a significant positive impact on the share price is slim. That is why the price sits near zero with no buying interest. And please, none of that efficient market bs. There are plenty of potential investors who know all about this and choose not to buy.

That's what I see and it is backed up by facts. Now, without the usual snide remarks, how about what you take away from the document you have referred to so many times recently and why the price continues to sit near zero.
