All three of them just had their custodian hearing last week. Bummer! Feel bad for those who lost money! Fortunately, these three didn't seem to be too popular with traders.
All four of them (I missed one earlier...$NHLI) already had SEC FM15's on file. The SEC did a large batch of old long delinquent FM15 filers last summer also. FM15 filings don't make a company 100% untouchable. Even though they are SEC reporting exempt, they are still expected to file with OTCMkts as an Alternate Reporting Filer. Last year the SEC started cracking down on the FM15 filers as well as the delinquent SEC Reporting filers.
