He couldn't even pay back the money he took from the client. He never delivered the hardware and kept the money , using it for something else. What great company does that ? Companies claiming to be making 2 million a week, not 1 year of financials for 5 years now. Then Mark gets scared of being suspended by the sec, he decides it's time to stick it to the shareholders and file the dreaded form 15. The final chapter. Does this sound like a great company making money ??? I don't see it. If Mark was making money, then he wouldn't have done the 15 move. He would have an auditor.
