The SPAC is inactive, and never had more than 200 shares authorized, so we KNOW we are not trading those.

SLJB has 800 million shares authorized, and LFWK shares in our accounts were converted to SLJB, just as Nevada recorded a "name change" from Loftwerks to Sulja.

We KNOW we are trading those shares.

What we might not know is just what assets SLJB, a Nevada corporation, actually owns.
