My wife works toxicology in Atlanta is working with the CDC and Public Health, and I can tell you right now that the whole country will be locked down within 2 weeks. It is way worse than being reported. The hospitals are already being inundated, doctors and nurses testing positive, public health lines unable to answer calls, it is going to be a complete shitshow this coming week as tests are finally starting to be circulated and will tell the real story.
The US constitution protects against mandatory quarantines, the only way around it is marshall law. I think we are up to 7 countries now on complete lockdown. Just a matter of time here.
It will pass, studies coming out on the effect of heat destroying the outer spikes of the virus which would render it much less potent as it is those spikes that attach the virus to the lungs. This means summer temperatures should help cut down on transmission.
Going to get worse before it gets better but it will get better.
