Who dumped 1.426M shares at 0.0001 today? Why? During the past few panic weeks we did not see any sales at 0.0001 at all! Why it happened after DJI has strongly bounced nearly 25% or nearly 4,500 Huge points?

Is that a stupid sale or smart sale?
