The TA will get it right shortly, plus the need to add more to the Treasury Shares if the 13M go thru... Its really no big deal, just follow the 8-K's for guidance on correct O/S and follow the simple plan on what goes where in each category....
The FLOAT will also change accordingly.. and you can figure that out as well...
