No reason to convert to Chapter 7. It will never happen. Discover has equity cushion and adequate protection already. Court just needs to set the lien at 2 million and then Discover is done with their nonsense. No leverage left to negotiate settlement of suit. Discover is reason we are in bk and reason bk has gone on this long.
Hope you understand if it was converted to Chapter 7 we get nothing. I would expect you to want them to maximize the value if the assets for everyone's benefit. Discover is the only party asking for Chapter 7. None of the other creditors are even though they are owed alot more than Discover.
