What the hell!

I thought stocks with a STOP sign were not allowed to dilute during this period. Did i miss something?? This is not good! SEC could now suspend this stock and send it to the greys. I just got done being in one that did this and it got sent to the cleaners. My money is stuck there until at some time in the future it gets off the grey market. The play on this was for L4L, but this is a different story now...shit!

Only increased 27 million from 273 million on 2/28/20.

They are paying on these monthly notes. No big deal.

Should be dropping the annual soon.
