I don't know but I imagine/guess this particular step they will be testing whether B inhibits or changes the virus in some way per the log scale. If the virus around in the area of B react they make a count. We need the numbers to fall above minimum. Bottom line is B needs to show promise to move on. Need a biology person a virologist even better to chime in.
