The reason this is in PowerPoint format is because it is an actual presentation given to people. In addition, this was posted on their website. Why else would it be in PowerPoint format? Makes zero sense. We also know that they’ve already filed an emergency application to the FDA for review. The administration is pushing all of this through. With the state of emergency declaration there are now funds of $50 billion available to combat Corona. In addition to the $9 billion already earmarked from Congress. Of course, this gets approval.
