Stop giving excuses. This incompetent inept and lazy CEO had been with this company earning 390k for how long and why? What did he do during his entire tenure at this company?

Did he manufacture anything? No
Did he sell anything at all? No
Did he earn any revenue? No
Did he make any net income? No
Did he conduct trials for FDA? No
Did he do anything to get stock price up? No

So what exactly he did to deserve his 390K compensation?

Oh yes his great achievements are

print stock, do 1:800 RS, destroy stockholders value, don’t communicate to market about state of business. Vow what are great achievements!! Kudos bravo!!!!

If he can’t get stock price up then it’s time to give him a boot for good without any golden parachute.
