This should be able to put this to bed. Had you if bothered to search LCY Biosciences Inc in the advanced search engine you would have found the document I have a link to showing that all of these patents just like stated in the unsealed 6th monitors report have been transferred from BioAmber to LCY Biosciences Inc.

These are all also listed in the unsealed 6th report as I stated in a previous post but this is directly from the patent office showing the assignor as Bioamber transferring the ownership rights to the assignee LCY Biosciences Inc

Yeah, just like the land title reflected BioAmber's name... until it didn't...

What's the angle? Do we think the liquidation sale of everything, including that patent, that is documented in the court records and approved by the 2 federal judges was just a big ruse? I'm just trying to understand why those court documents are not believed to be the truth...
